Prateik Babbar, the son of Raj Babbar and Smita Patil, proved that dedication to cinema and professionalism was in his genes.
Prateik recently turned up for the test shoot of an untitled film being shot by South filmmakers Gautham Menon.
Inspite of Menon insisting that they cancel the shoot till Prateik is in better health, the young actor insisted that the show must go on. Menon took Prateik to a doctor who advised him to take rest but Prateik landed up at the sets and finished the test shoot successfully.
The actor gave it his best shot and rested only after he had finished all his responsibilities. Prateik's last film was Jaane Tu...Ya Jaane Na. He will be seen next in Kiran Rao's Dhobi Ghat.
