Vidhu Vinod Chopra is all about breaking creative boundaries with the marketing of 3 Idiots, and with Aamir there to push him further, the result can only be shocking. Now, the producer has stated that audiences can actually download the film legally (free) on YouTube and watch it at home. However, this download will be available only 12 weeks after the movie releases.
"This is the first film ever that you can actually download and watch on YouTube after 12 weeks from now. I'm providing this facility for those who can't see it on big screen and watch pirated movies. I just want them to discourage pirated prints. They just need to wait for 12 weeks and after that they can legally download the movie and watch it," said Chopra.
Starring Aamir Khan, R Madhavan, Sharma Joshi and directed by Rajkumar Hirani, 3 Idiots is all set to release this X'Mas.
